COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE (CDS) 2014 CUTOFF: The entrance exam of CDS 2014 will be conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) twice in an year. The first attempt of CDS 2014 is scheduled for February 9, 2014 and the second attempt or CDS II examination will be conducted in October, 2014. The application form for CDS I exam are disclosed on today i.e 5th October, 2013.
